Notes:
Bring Treasure map and a Spade to the Ghost captain at Port Phasmatys.

Stand in front of the statue (to the West of it) then travel as follows:
  • 6 South
  • 8 East
  • 2 North
  • 4 East
  • 22 South
Once you have reached the final spot, dig using your Spade and you will find the book.

If lost it can be retrieved by digging at the correct spot again.
