Gjalp watches after a network beacon at Edgeville. She can also provide information on the other beacons.
To light her beacon, a you must have 20 identical logs (of any type that you can light), a tinderbox, level 62 Firemaking, and have completed all 4 levels within the Stronghold of Security.
Once the beacon has been lit, you can give Gjalp five logs (same type that were used to light the beacon) for her to tend the beacon with. This allows the beacon to stay lit longer.
