A Broken climbing hook head is an item needed for the bridge puzzle room in Dungeoneering.
Notes:
This should then be Combined with a Meatcorn rope to create a Climbing hook. The climbing hook can then be used on the bridge, so that operating the winch will make the bridge expand outwards. It can then be crossed.
