During the Ritual of the Mahjarrat quest, he summons the Barrows Brothers to buy some time while Wahisietel and Lucien are in a battle.
During The World Wakes quest, he starts off as a shadowy figure until you follow him into a cutscene, he tells you "Everyone wants you on their side or will kill you if you get in their way."
During Missing, Presumed Death, Sliske gathers the gods to witness his ascension to godhood, but it is revealed he has a different motive. He also appears during Nomad's Elegy.
