This item be obtained by first talking to the Observatory professor if you are carrying a coordinate clue which requires it, then going to see Murphy at the Trawler pier in Port Khazard. This item is used in level 3 Treasure Trails. It is one of the required items when doing coordinate clues. It can be re-obtained from Murphy if lost. This item can also be placed in your toolbelt to save space.
