Professor Oddenstein is an inventor found on the top floor of Draynor Manor and plays a big part in Ernest the Chicken.
During the quest you are asked by Veronica to find her missing fiancée, Ernest inside Draynor Manor. Eventually you'll find out that the professor has turned him into a chicken using his pouletmorph machine and you must help him repair it so that he can turn Ernest back into a human.
