Contained in the Ruined backpack(Temple at Senntisten). Or on the floor of Ghorrock castle (Ritual of the Mahjarrat).

Notes:
Temple at Senntisten: If lost or destroyed, can be obtained by talking to Azzanadra at the temple under the Digsite.
Ritual of the Mahjarrat: Found in the Ghorrck castle by climbing up the Western stairs and down stairs on the other side. Climb up the Eastern wall, walk around to the Northwest corner and climb down the Western wall. It is helpful to turn on Protect from Magic when you enter the castle as there are multi-aggro Icefiends(level 120); it is also advised to have a bit of food. Run all the way West, then all the way South to pick up the Heat globe on the floor.
