Item Uses:
Used to make an Ex-ex-parrot (See notes).
Notes:
Upon completion of the Rocking Out quest you can go back and talk to 50 Ships Mufassah to obtain this 'dead' bird.

You can place this bird into a Magical cage. Then using the Ex-parrot in a magic cage on the slab West of the Cave horror dungeon entrance will create an Ex-ex-parrot.
