Received as a reward from Relomia.
Item Uses:
Equipped to stop your summoning points from draining and assist access to Manifested knowledge (See Notes).
Notes:
When worn along with the Ring of Whispers and the Combined Catalyst fragment you will occasionally find a Manifested knowledge while training. Collecting this will grant 10% of a Small experience lamp in the skill you were training; this amount is unaffected by bonus experience.

After completion of the associated quest, if you have unlocked the entire Hub track, this item can be retrieved from the Quest Item Storage chest at the Quest Point Caravan if lost or destroyed. Otherwise, a new one can be obtained from Relomia.

Note that neither the Combined Catalyst fragment, nor the separate pieces, can be obtained from the Storage chest; you will need to reobtain them from Relomia if lost or destroyed. The Ring of Whispers, however, can be obtained from the Storage chest.

It is suggested to keep and wear this item, along with the other 2, to obtain the Manifest knowledge experience as well as the benefits from all 3 of the items.
