The Mayor of Prifddinas is a member of the Iorwerth Clan and has been appointed Mayor of the camp inside Prifddinas by Lord Iorwerth.
During Plague's End you will have to deliver Iestin's report to her for Iestin Edern. After talking to her, you will find that she possesses a copy of the Iorwerth master plan and she's the only citizen who can look at it, although she personally finds it boring. During the same conversation she'll ask you to find out where her shipment of gnome food is as she refuses to eat the same food as the commoners. You'll then use this information to trick the Mourner guarding her food into distributing it to the starving elves in the camp and tell the mayor this to distract her while you steal the master plan.
