When a player receives a drop it will be placed in the inventory. Additionally, a message will appear in the chat box stating: "You find a zygomite sporeling!".

- Mort Myre fungus (1/4000 chance, must have started Nature Spirit to use this method).
- Mushroom clusters on the Arc islands of Goshima and The Islands That Once Were Turtles (1/4000 chance, 90 Farming).
- Mushroom clusters on Uncharted Isles (1/400 chance, 90 Farming).
- Player planted mushroom patches (1/50 chance per harvest).
