Bilrach is a Zamorakian Mahjarrat and the creator of Daemonheim through his search for Zamorak in a rift between planes he believed lay deep below the surface of Gielinor.
While training Dungeoneering, you will come across journals known as the Chronicles of Blirach and these document his journey below the surface and construction of the numerous dungeon floors below Daemonheim.
Bilrach is first encountered when reliving the memories of Lucien's daughter, Moia in the Nadir Fremennik Saga. She finds him deep within the warped floors of Daemonheim with a Mahjarrat Ritual Marker which he claims makes him more powerful than any other Mahjarrat through the power of the portals found on the warped floors.
He is encountered again by the player when you arrive in Zamorak's Hideout during Dishonour among Thieves, which appears to be constructed within the deepest floor of Daemonheim.
