This is one of several servants you can hire for your Player-Owned House. In order to hire him, you will need to pay 500 Coins and meet 3 requirements:
  1. 20 Construction
  2. At least 2 bedrooms in your home, with 1 bed in each
    • Removing a bed(room) so you have less than 2 will cause your servant to disappear and not return until you once again meet the requirement and re-enter the house
  3. No servant currently hired. If you have another servant, you must fire your current one before you can hire this one
