Though mentioned in several older quests, we do not actually get to meed Charos until Desperate Times. Here we learn that he has been in plain sight all along, disguised as Reldo.

He is known for the creation of the Ring of Charos(a)(i) and the Old necklace/Necklace of Charos.

In Desperate Measures, Charos works with Thok and Hannibus to stop Kerapac.
