Item Uses:
Used to get to the Kalphite lair, the Lumbridge Swamp Dungeon, the Waterfall Dungeon, and to ride the Giant Eagles; Used to make net traps in Hunter; Used in a LOT of quests; Given to various people for Menaphos City Quests; Used to restore Talon-3 razor wings.
Notes:
Made by spinning Yak hair using the Crafting skill. In addition to buying through conventional means, Ned in Draynor Village will make rope for players in exchange for 4 Balls of wool or 15 Coins (3 less than from stores).
After the Eagles' Peak quest, players with 18 Construction can replace the broken rope racks in each of the 4 Eagle nest locations. Doing this requires 3 Planks, 5 ropes, and 4 nails (any metal will do, but Bronze nails are cheapest). Each repaired rack awards 252 Construction experience. Once completed, the player can pull as many ropes as they like from the rack so long as they have the space to carry them.
