Dropped by the Skeletal Horror in the arena to the west of the Odd Old Man's shack while fighting it.
Item Uses:
Bury the arm directly after picking it up. After it is buried it will reduce the Skeletal Horror's combat level from 260 to 180 and make it much easier to defeat.
Notes:
Players must pick up and bury the Arm or it will return to the Skeletal Horror and regenerate its life points and return it to its previous combat level. Burying it will make the Skeletal horror stay at its current combat level of 120.
