If you decide to betray Lucien, then you will receive this by talking with the Guardians of Armadyl. If lost after the quest, you can talk to the Guardians to re-obtain.
If you decide to side with Lucien, you will need to kill all of the Guardians of Armadyl until they drop it. If lost after the quest, you will need to kill the Guardians again to re-obtain. It is also probably the most popular protection for Armadyl because of its low price and ease of obtaining.
