This item can be obtained by using the lectern in the ritual chamber at the top of the Black Kings' Fortress.
It is used during The Death of Chivalry quest to see the correct layout for the ritual. Upon reading it for the first time you will get the message "You have learned a Zamorakian ritual. You receive 250 Magic XP.".
