Obtained from Bill Teach after completion of Rocking Out.

Used to revive the Ex-parrot (See Notes).

If lost or destroyed, you can obtain it from Bill Teach again.

You can place the Ex-parrot into this cage. Then using the Ex-parrot in a magic cage on the slab West of the Cave horror dungeon entrance will create an Ex-ex-parrot.
