Using the trap gives you 25% experience for successful catches, and gives 50% of the normal catching experience for failed catches. Bonus experience and other modifiers stacks with the experience gained from this trap. Use of this trap also adds a 10% chance of catching prey, as well as staying up for 50% longer.
The trap disappears once it is triggered, whether or not the creature was caught. You will not receive any drops from the creatures you catch with this trap.
