Requirements:
80 Magic to wear. In addition, players must complete the following achievements within the Dominion Tower in order to obtain them. They are as follows:

Kill a Total of 500 Boss Monsters in the Dominion Tower. They do not need to be consecutive.

Players also need to kill specific boss monsters while in the tower. These are as follows:

Decaying Avatar from Nomad's Requiem.
Dagannoth Mother from Blood Runs Deep. Fighting her in "I eat Dagannoths for breakfast" does count.
The Everlasting and The Illusive from Dream Mentor
Nezikchened from Legends' Quest
Arrav from The Curse of Arrav
Where Found:
Once unlocked they can be claimed from the Strange face in the lobby area of the Dominion Tower.
Item Uses:
Wear for protection. These gloves possess a passive ability that deflects 1% of melee damage back to the attacker.
Notes:
These gloves degrade after 4 hours of combat. They cannot be repaired, but another pair can be obtained by killing 5 bosses in the Dominion Tower and claiming them again.
