Notes:
This ore was used to create Starfire weapons. Using 10,000 ore would allow you to create either a Starfire bow, Starfire staff, or Starfire sword when used with a Bow blueprint, Staff blueprint or Sword blueprint for each respective weapon.
Ivar in the Artisan's Workshop would also trade the ore for a moderate amount of XP in either Mining or Smithing.
