Notes:
Bombs can be used with ANY combat style and, once used, will be consumed in its entirety - there will be no Bomb vial left over. Note that it is possible for a bomb to miss its target, however, any creatures within that area for the remaining time may have the effect applied to them. Be aware that bombs will only affect monsters, other players will not be bound.
