They can be reached after you complete the Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf quest. Players who kill these have a chance of obtaining the Dragon pickaxe. Dragonhide armour, with its high magical defence, is recommended, but the prayer Protect from Magic negates the attack. Players who use dragonhide must be careful about the other creatures, especially the cannoneers, since the area is multi-combat. If the player will attack creatures other than the chaos dwogres, Protect from Range should be on at all times.
