Liverworts require 110 Slayer to injure.
After 10 auto-attacks, a Liverworts will use its Special attack - you will be stunned, dragged to the Liverworts, bound for 4 seconds, and 3 spores will land behind you. After a few seconds, the spores will shoot back to the Liverworts and either damage you (if you did not move) or the Liverworts (if you did move) for up to 6,000 damage (about 2,000 per spore). Use of Anticipation or Freedom before the special is used will cause it to "malfunction" as the spores will be shot behind the Liverworts instead of in front of it allowing you to be out of harms way without moving. Freedom can also be used once the special is activated to clear the stun/bind and allow you to walk out of the line of fire.
If you have at least 70 Farming, it is possible to spawn your own Liverworts by planting a Liverwort seed in the Fertile soil patch North of the Overgrown idols on the Eastern side of Anachronia. Killing this Liverworts will earn Farming experience, increased Slayer experience, and increase your chances of obtaining more vile seeds.
