The Tormented wraith is the trapped spirit of prisoner who was tortured and executed by the Black Knights (Kinshra).
The wraith can be found by operating Jennica's ring in the centre of the Dark Warrior's Fortress courtyard in the Wilderness to transfer yourself to the Spirit Realm.
To attack the wraith, you must use a Black weapon and be wearing a piece of Black equipment in the helm, body, legs and shield slots. You cannot change equipment while fighting it.
