Eli is the discoverer of bacon. In Bringing Home the Bacon, you help Eli boost the popularity of pigs so that there will be enough to mass produce bacon for everyone.
During the 20th RuneScape Anniversary miniquest he will want 1 Tomato, 2 Cabbages, and 3 Eggs to provide the next clue, which is to talk to the Highwayman in the Port Sarim jail, who is in jail for stealing his map. The highwayman will in turn give you "Tiny pieces of map" which leads to Mr. Mordaut in the Varrock Museum basement (the door under the stairs).
