Sumona is a Slayer Master found in the desert city of Pollnivneach. To be given an assignment by her, you must have completed Smoking Kills and have at least 35 Slayer and a Combat level of 90.
During Smoking Kills, Sumona will ask you to find her sister, Jesmona who has been kidnapped by a monster and taken into the well in the centre of Pollnivneach.
It is revealed at the end of the quest by Catolax that the sister never existed and Sumona is in fact the goddess Amascut, otherwise known as 'the Devourer' in disguise and she tried to send the player into the well to kill them. However, since she promised the player a reward, she is now forced to act as a Slayer Master.
The percents listed in the table are the base values. Blocking a creature will remove it and thus increase the odds for all other creatures. Preferring a creature task will double the chance for that creature.

Sumona simply wants you to kill the Kalphite Queen to complete her challenge. You may bring a partner to help you, but must deal the majority of the damage yourself.
Reward: 15,000 Slayer experience and 30 Slayer Points.
